As we drove up to 13,500' up the flanks of Nevado Del Ruiz in Colombia, we arrived at the Parque Nacional Natural Los Nevadoz where it was snowing in the middle of summer! Waiting for us in the scrub were several Buffy Helmetcrests buzzy around enjoying the snow.
